Just because your home is newly built does not mean that everything is going to be perfect. We find big problems on new houses all the time. Make sure you protect yourself and use your warranty

After numerous renovations, this 100+ year old house staircase was modified so many times that in the end it was left handing on basically by a sliver.

More “Your house is ready to move in” new homes. Just because your home is new does not mean it will not have issues. Take ADVANTAGE of your warranty and make the builder fix the problems they caused.
